Beach Safety Division serves as a public safety function for the city's municipal beach. The emphasis of the division
is on ensuring the safety of beach patrons through the provision of year-round lifeguard services including, responding to
all beach and water emergencies and enforcing all city codes and ordinances related to the beach.
